Find a doctor who accepts OWCP
Most clinics will not take a federal work injury claim, and the ones that will are hard to find when you are hurt and out of work. We connect injured federal employees with providers who already know how OWCP works.
No cost to you · No obligation · Nationwide
What we do for you
- Providers who already treat federal employees and understand the paperwork
- No cost to you and no co-pays, because OWCP pays the provider directly
- We handle the introduction so you are not calling clinics one at a time
- Available to federal employees nationwide, whatever agency you work for
How it works

We connect you with a provider
We introduce you to a clinic in your area that accepts OWCP and works with federal employees.
Questions people ask us
What does this cost me?
Nothing. Under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act an accepted OWCP claim pays the provider directly. There are no co-pays and no bills to you.
Do I have to use the doctor my agency sends me to?
For ongoing treatment, federal employees generally have the right to choose their own physician. Rules differ for the initial examination after an injury, so ask us and we will explain how it works in your situation.
Are you a law firm?
No. Patriot Injury Associates is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We connect injured federal employees with clinics experienced in OWCP claims.
What if my claim has already been denied?
Call us anyway. A denial is not always the end of the road, and the right provider documentation matters. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.
